Top 3 Favorite Sunscreens

Even though it’s fall time and the sun sets earlier, sunscreen is still needed! The sun still peaks through the clouds even if you don’t see it! You just may have to tailor it depending on the season!

As the colder months are coming, my skin gets drier as many others do. To preserve the hydration and the glow that is wanted all year round, I like to use a more hydrating sunscreen during this time of year.

With my sensitive, acne prone skin, I have to be careful with what I choose. The sunscreen has to be able to protect my skin without breaking it out! I look for a sunscreen that is lightweight, but still packed with moisture.

My top 3 during this time of year are…

• Innisfree Daily UV Defense Sunscreen -Glowy Finish

• La Roche-Posay Anthelios Light Fluid Sunscreen - Ultra Light

• Cetaphil Daily Oil-Free Facial Mositurizer SPF 30

All of these sunscreens are great! I use them interchangeably depending on how my skin is feeling. With the La Roche-Posay being the lightest and Ceptahil being the thickest, I am able to tailor my skincare needs for everyday changes with my skin.

With that in mind, the first two on the list do not include moisturizer, in comparison to the Cetaphil that does. However, I have not found it necessary to use a moisturizer with the La Roche-Posay or the Innisfree as they are moisturizing enough! Disclaimer though…I have found the La Roche-Posay is the best under makeup as it does not pull or cause my makeup to get cakey.
